Go365 from Humana

Go365 is Humana's wellness and rewards program. You earn rewards for things you may already be doing — coming to class, getting your yearly check-up, staying active. It's included with eligible Humana Medicare Advantage plans at no extra cost.

We'll Find It For You

Plans change their benefits from year to year, and not every program has a website you can check on your own. If you have a WellCare, Aetna, or another Medicare Advantage plan — or you simply aren't sure what you have — bring your insurance card to any of our classes, or give us a call. We will look it up with you and tell you exactly what you're entitled to.

Have your card handy when you call. We only need the plan name and member ID.
