Services
Senior Friendly Fitness provides fitness classes, wellness programs, and related services for seniors. Some plans may include a fitness benefit that can be used with participating programs. Eligibility and coverage are determined by your health plan.
Health Disclaimer
Our fitness programs are designed for seniors but are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety during activities.
Medicare & Insurance
Original Medicare does not cover gym memberships or fitness programs. Some Medicare Advantage, Medigap, retiree, or other health plans may offer fitness benefits. We can help you find the right plan contact or benefit portal, but your health plan determines eligibility and coverage.
Liability
Senior Friendly Fitness, its instructors, and partner facilities are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in fitness activities. Participants are encouraged to communicate any health concerns to instructors.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
