The fitness benefit included with many Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans. Our instructors are certified to teach it, so members can use the benefit without leaving the Glades.

A senior fitness class in a small farming town does not stand on its own. It stands on the health plans that pay for it, the organizations that set the standards, and the communities that open their doors. These are ours.
Two Medicare programs cover most of what happens in our rooms. Four health and community organizations share the work of keeping the Glades well. Two senior communities give us somewhere to teach. Every one of them has a page here, because our members deserve to know who is behind the class they walk into.

Youth wellness nonprofit
A Palm Beach County nonprofit using dance fitness, technology and the arts to move young people. Same mission as ours, opposite end of the age range.
Glades Faith Health Educators
Church-based health outreach · FAU nursing
Members of Glades congregations trained to bring brain health education and free screenings into their own churches, with Florida Atlantic University nursing.
Healthier Glades
Palm Health Foundation initiative
A resident-led Palm Health Foundation initiative funding grassroots wellness across the Glades, from walking groups to chair yoga.

Silver Tree Apartments
Senior residence & class location
The senior apartment community on Dorothy Wilford Circle, and one of our four class locations. Monday to Friday, 9:00–11:00 AM.
Quiet Waters
Senior residence & community partner
A 55+ affordable senior community on SW 10th Street in Belle Glade, now managed by Wingate Companies. Residents are welcome in our classes.
Getting started
Not Sure Which One Applies To You?
Most people arrive knowing they have a Medicare plan and not much more than that. That is completely normal, and sorting it out takes about five minutes.
Your plan — not us — decides whether SilverSneakers or Renew Active is included. The official SilverSneakers checker will tell you in a minute, or the number on the back of your plan card will. If you would rather not do it alone, call us at 561-440-2166 and we will sit with you while you check.
And if neither is included, come anyway. There is a way into a class for almost everybody, and we would rather find it than lose you over paperwork.
Living Stronger, Longer
Classes run Monday through Friday across Belle Glade and South Bay. Bring a friend — most people do.
